Friday, April 26 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM
Night Heron Park, Kiawah Island

Join the Kiawah Conservancy and presenting sponsor Kiawah Island Golf Resort for an Earth Day Celebration in Night Heron Park with live music, many local vendors, live animals, a native plant giveaway, local artists and artisans, face painters, kids crafts, and more. It is sure to be fun for the whole family!

This year’s Earth Day Village will flow from the Naturally Kiawah Demonstration Garden to the Heron Park Nature Center. We are excited to present live music from the Hot Club of Charleston and tent talks from local organizations sharing information about the amazing work being done to protect our environment. Don’t miss your chance to get up close and personal with live animals provided by South Carolina Aquarium and Heron Park Nature Center. There will also be an exciting flight demonstration by The Center for Birds of Prey at 5 pm.

A special Earth Day menu will be available for purchase from The Nest Market | Café. Please help us in our efforts to minimize plastic waste by bringing your own refillable water bottle. Water refill stations will be conveniently located throughout the park. Or, enjoy a refreshing lemonade available at the Nature Center.

This event is open to the public, free to attend, and no registration necessary. If you’re coming from off the Island, tell gate security that you are attending the Kiawah Conservancy’s Earth Day Celebration in Night Heron Park.
